I’m not sure if I’m reading this reply right. Are you saying that it’s not racism if someone doesn’t want two people of different races to marry if their reasoning against it is for cultural purity? Because I’m pretty sure that’s still racism. Actually I’m certain that’s racism.

OH you so twisted that back on me! i did not say cultural purity at all. in fact that WOULD be racism. I said  

“having parents of a different race can be somewhat counter intuitive TO LEARNING ABOUT heritage or moral values”

as in, i could not teach an Irish child about how his people got through the Great Potato Famine more than a white person could teach a black kid the importance of The Rumford Fair Housing Act. Now i’m not saying this is a good point, just not a racist point…
